Possible student responses
- Cory could have 10 dimes.
- Cory might have 1 silver dollar.
- Cory might have 1 half-dollar, 1 quarter, 2 dimes, and 1 nickel.
- Cory couldn’t have only pennies or only nickels because he would have more than 10 coins.
- If Cory only had quarters, then he has 4 coins.
